DELIVERY AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from GUBI.com. The terms apply in the absence of any other written agreements between the buyer and GUBI.com.
PAYMENT OF GOODS
Each time you order a product through GUBI.com, we will send an order confirmation to you as a customer, after which your order will be packed and shipped. Contains your Made to order items, these will be sent as soon as possible after we receive them in stock. The money will be withdrawn immediately after ordering and the expected delivery time will be shown on the product page. If your order contains only items that are in stock at GUBI.com, the money will first be deducted from your payment card when the order has been shipped.
DELIVERY TIME AND TRANSPORT
Delivery of goods from GUBI.com is deemed to have occurred when the customer has received the goods. All orders ordered through GUBI.com are shipped with the best suitable carrier. Stock items will be shipped within a maximum of 72 hours after ordering, unless otherwise stated on the product display. Delivery will usually take place within 1-2 business days of shipment. In special cases other freight solutions will be used. The stated delivery date is indicative and may therefore be waived. For made-to-order products, the delivery time may vary from 2-5 weeks. The shipment date will be clearly stated on the order confirmation. Orders are delivered at curbside.
Risk of goods
The risk of goods passes to the buyer when the right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from receipt. If the product has been damaged or deteriorated after the buyer has received it, he / she will retain his right of withdrawal if the damage or deterioration is not due to negligence or lack of care from his / her side
It is recommended to store the original packaging as the product may be. Complaint or damage is recommended returned in original packaging.
Any defects or defects in products / goods supplied by GUBI.com must be invoked within 24 months after you have discovered the error. It is the customer's duty to specify and, upon request, show how the error or defect is expressed. If the customer discovers an error, please contact GUBI.com. The customer can, as a rule, only complain about errors that appear within 2 years after the goods have been delivered to the customer. For products with limited durability, the customer's complaint facility is limited by the shelf life that GUBI.com has presented to the customer or as shown in the product's packaging. The customer can choose as a consumer whether the item is to be repaired or replaced. The exception to this rule is if exchange is impossible or will result in excessive costs for GUBI.com.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
GUBI.com gives you 14 days of cancellation, valid from the day you receive the item. If you regret your purchase, GUBI.com must be notified accordingly within 14 days after the day you received the item. You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it is received, which is also applicable to the packaging and information label on the item. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item.
Agreements (purchase orders) can be concluded in Danish or English and are kept by the company for 5 years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.
We do not issue discount codes.
We do not issue gift certificates.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
At GUBI.com there is a possibility to pay with VISA and international credit cards. All prices at GUBI.com - on the web site http://www.GUBI.com are incl. VAT.
